About the role
As a BDR at Axxis you will be responsible for the first contact with prospects (inbound + outbound) and for generating high-quality, ICP-fit meetings for the AEs. You will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and account penetration using prospecting tools and having disciplined filling up the CRM.
Requerimientos
Minimum qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS / technology(Must)
- Proven track record of overachieving (meetings / pipeline targets)
- Strong organization and CRM best practices
- Comfortable working with remote teams and time zones
- Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Arabic is a strong plus depending on region)
Preferred qualifications
- Startup/Tech experience
- Experience in regulated markets(insurance, fintech, core systems)
- Named-account prospecting experience
