MAPFRE, ZURICH y ALLIANZ SEGUROS, aseguradoras más atractivas para trabajar

Los ‘Randstad Award 2013’ reconocen a MAPFRE, ZURICH y ALLIANZ SEGUROS como las tres entidades más atractivas para trabajar dentro del sector de aseguradoras. Estos premios se otorgan gracias al estudio de las percepciones de 7.000 personas en España, con una muestra representativa en cuanto a género, región, edad y educación. El estudio incluye a personas con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y 65 años.

Francisco García Vegas, director de la División de Relaciones Laborales de ALLIANZ SEGUROS, fue el encargado de recoger el galardón a su entidad, en un acto celebrado el pasado jueves, en el Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid. “Recibir este premio es un éxito atribuible al trabajo de todos los empleados”, afirmó. “Es un aliciente para que los mejores talentos se fijen en nuestra compañía y continuemos creciendo y ofreciendo los servicios que nuestros clientes y mediadores esperan de nosotros”.

ALLIANZ SEGUROS cuenta con una plantilla de más de 2.200 trabajadores. “Lograr el éxito requiere de personas diversas que nos conduzcan a la innovación, introduzcan nuevas prácticas y procesos y proporcionen un servicio que gane clientes a través de una atención excelente”, comenta Jean-Louis Liedana, subdirector general y responsable de Recursos Humanos y Comunicación. “La diversidad y la inclusión van más allá de la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres. Supone contar con personas de distinta edad, sexo, estado civil, raza, origen étnico, capacidades diferentes, tendencias políticas o actividades de representantes de los trabajadores, religión u orientación sexual. Creer en la diversidad es reconocer y respetar las singularidades de cada persona”, añade.
