El PP propone adoptar un horario laboral "flexible y racional" y fomentar el teletrabajo

El Partido Popular explica que "apoyaremos la corresponsabilidad, incentivando la participación equilibrada de hombres y mujeres en el cuidado de los hijos y asegurando el puesto de trabajo de aquel trabajador que solicite excedencia para el cuidado de los menores".

De la misma manera, quieren impulsar la empleabilidad de las mujeres que quieran reincorporarse al mercado laboral tras la educación de sus hijos, y promoveremos condiciones económicas y sociales favorables al acceso de la mujer al autoempleo, potenciando las iniciativas empresariales.


Además, para evitar las diferencias salariales entre hombres y mujeres para igual trabajo, las administraciones públicas favorecerán programas de cualificación y recualificación asociados a los periodos de baja y de interinidad.

Acabar con la Violencia contra las Mujeres

En materia de lucha contra la violencia de género, el PP ampliará la asistencia y el apoyo que reciben las mujeres maltratadas a los menores y mayores que dependan de ellas.

Fomentará la coordinación entre Comunidades Autónomas y entidades locales, en la lucha contra la violencia de género, con el objeto de agilizar los trámites administrativos, optimizar recursos y disminuir riesgos.

Además, impulsará la implantación del "expediente único" como instrumento de información, coordinación y protección de las víctimas de violencia de género, y elaboraremos protocolos generales de actuación donde se establezcan criterios comunes de intervención y unos contenidos mínimos de actuación.
