La correduría SUMMA crea empleo

La correduría de seguros SUMMA, con 28 oficinas repartidas por toda España, ha incrementado su plantilla, en los dos últimos años,  “en un 120%, con lo que cuenta ya con 150 empleados”, según la información facilitada por el bróker. Muchos de estos puestos trabajo, se informa, han sido cubiertos “mediante promoción interna de empleados que venían desempeñando funciones comerciales o de administración y que ahora ocupan puestos de gerencia en las diferentes sucursales y oficinas".

La correduría da cuenta también de que en la actualidad tiene previsto contratar a 24 personas, en diferentes provincias, para lo que busca gerentes y comerciales, así como “corredores que puedan gestionar nuestros proyectos de crecimiento”. Incorporará, igualmente, “personal de apoyo en la oficina”. En definitiva, “además de formación y experiencia, buscamos gente que se ilusione con nuestro proyecto, que se comprometa”.
