La consultora de recursos humanos Hays señala en Salamanca 24 horas que el seguro reclama ejecutivos comerciales orientados a las empresas y con una buena red de contactos. Directores comerciales, responsables de desarrollo de negocio y comerciales de empresa se deberán beneficiar de la evolución de los productos, precios y canales de distribución previstos. Las compañías tendrán que dar respuesta a las directrices de Solvencia II antes de noviembre de 2012, manteniendo así la selección de actuarios especializados en el área. También habrá más actividad en empresas de seguros de Salud, que asistirán a algún cambio en su estrategia de negocio, creando nuevas redes comerciales y ampliando sus canales de distribución.
