Manel Pérez asume la Dirección de Gestión y Desarrollo del Talento de Zurich en España

Barcelona, 20 de enero de 2012.- Manel Pérez  ha sido nombrado, desde el pasado 1 de enero, Director de Gestión y Desarrollo de Talento del Grupo Zurich en España. Desde su nuevo cargo deberá coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la gestión de talento de la compañía.

 Español de 37 años, Manel Pérez ha desarrollado Su carrera profesional se ha desarrollado en el sector privado. Entre sus anteriores experiencias laborales, ha sido director del área de Desarrollo y Talento en el Grupo Gallina Blanca Start y en la Consultora Hay Group.  Manel es licenciado en Economía por la Universitat de Barcelona y cuenta, entre otras titulaciones, con un MBA por la Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña y un Master en Desarrollo Organizacional por el GR Intitut for Organizational Development de Israel.

 

De acuerdo con la relevancia que Zurich otorga a los programas de desarrollo del talento, la experiencia y visión global de Manel Pérez  aportará sin duda un nuevo impulso a los programas actuales, a la vez que facilitará el diseño de novedosas iniciativas para los colaboradores, -empleados y mediadores-, de la compañía.
